Public Works & City Services
The Department of Public Works is responsible for maintaining the infrastructure of Los Santos. We ensure our roads are safe, public spaces are clean, and city assets are functional.
Submitting a Service Request
Residents can submit requests for non-emergency services directly to the Department. Doing so allows us to track, categorize, and efficiently dispatch crews to address community needs.
Criteria for Submission
- The issue must be located within Los Santos city limits.
- You must provide accurate location details (an exact address or intersection).
- Photos are highly encouraged to help crews identify the severity of the issue.
- Submissions must not be in-progress emergencies. For immediate danger, contact emergency services.
Review Process
- Intake: Your request is received and assigned a tracking number.
- Assessment: Staff reviews the information and assigns priority (often within 48 hours).
- Dispatch: Maintenance crews or contractors are scheduled for the address.
- Resolution: Issue is marked actioned and public response notes are recorded.
