Personal Medical License (PML)
Overview
The Personal Medical License (PML) allows eligible residents of Los Santos to cultivate, possess, and transport certain quantities of restricted flora for personal medical use. This is granted under the provisions of the Los Santos Health Code.
Applicants must demonstrate a verifiable medical need verified by a licensed physician operating within the city limits. The license is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance and must be renewed annually.

- Initial Application Fee: $500.00
- Annual Renewal Fee: $250.00
- Card Replacement Fee: $50.00
